Initial Interview

Initial Interview: Spend 90 minutes with me going over your detailed health history, your diet, your challenges, and your goals.


Recommendations Visit: Spend 30-45 minutes with me so we can determine the best course of action for your unique situation. You will walk away with a protocol designed specifically for you according to your unique needs.

Follow-Up

Shorter, follow-up visits will be for the purpose of assessing your progress and adjusting your protocol according to your health needs. Follow up visits are recommended at least once a month. This is only for those who have completed the initial consultation.


Client will re-take the NAQ and Food and Mood Journal prior to our follow up visit.

Gain insights into potential food triggers, digestion patterns, blood sugar levels, mood fluctuations, and stress factors through this analysis. It uncovers specific foods that may be causing discomfort in your daily life.

+Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ):

Receive a comprehensive evaluation of your body's functioning, identifying potential imbalances and areas needing attention. This assessment enables personalized dietary and lifestyle adjustments tailored to your bio-individual needs.

Initial Interview Visit 60-90 Min.

During this session, we dive into the findings from your forms, discuss your goals and concerns extensively. You'll walk away with a couple actionable steps to help you get started.

Recommendations Visit: 30-45 Min

We reconnect a week after the initial interview visit and together we craft a personalized action plan to help you achieve optimal well-being. I am dedicated to utilizing whole foods, customized nutrition strategies, adjusting lifestyle needs and incorporating targeted supplementation if necessary, to support you in reaching your health objectives. Your plan will be designed to seamlessly integrate into your lifestyle, preferences, and specific requirements.
